  Ordered a sprinter bag, (my second one as the first was so good) which came on time and was packaged well, after one use one of the zips broke. Emailed Pendle who arranged a free collection at a time to suit me, then received a new bag a few days later. This episode won’t put me off using company again as I think the quality of their products is superb. Fantastic, polite and efficient staff as staff as well

  Bought a 1/4 zip training top and jacket for my under 9's football team, great service had them printed and badges sewn. They were with me within a week, very efficient and will certainly be ordering again.
